I have been a real estate agent since 2002 with John L. Scott Puyallup Canyon Road until December of 2008 when I left to open my own company. Personally I feel that the real estate crisis has shown us that we as realtors need to change the way we do business and do our part to keep this market moving forward. I developed listing programs designed to lower the overall cost of selling homes by lowering the commissions charged. This will save the homeowner money and if the savings are used properly, will allow for them to price their homes as aggressively as possible to get them sold. I have done this by lowering the overhead costs associated with the larger firms. Agents pay less fees to the company, putting more money in their pocket and at the same time keeping costs down for the consumer. It is a win win for everyone involved. I am committed to an honest, up front and realistic approach when listing homes. Pricing properly is the key to selling homes in this market but what’s left of your equity is still yours. Aren’t you tired of giving it all away?
